of being able to ramble over about 8 hectares of farmland.

Sea views can be enjoyed from most vantage points on the farm.

Due, to its unique location and spacious environment, the farmhouse adds another

dimension to your surf and sand holiday.

In the nearby vicinity, is the blue flag main beach, renowned fishing spots and several

professional golf courses along the coastline.

The farmhouse sleeps 8 persons, with ample room to spare.

Should the head count be slightly higher, additional bedding would be available

on request.

Living rooms comprise lounge, dining room, fitted kitchen and scullery.

Off the living rooms a deep all weather covered patio offers an outdoor lounge,

alongside the swimming pool and trampoline.

Sleeping quarters comprise 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.

The main bathroom being an en suite facility.

The kitchen is fully equipped, with major appliances of hob, under counter oven,

fridge, freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier.

Crockery, cutlery and linen is provided.

For hygiene reasons, kindly bring your own bath and beach towels.

Two TV sets are provided, lounge and main bedroom, kindly bring your own

smart card for DSTV.

In addition, to undercover parking, there is plenty secure parking within the perimeter

electric fence.

For those who wish, bring a quad bike and roam over the farm at will.

Pets are also welcome, so there is no more separation trauma for the four legged

 family members.

A monitored armed response alarm system offers further peace of mind. 

Rates over Christmas 2010 are R2500 per day, with a minimum booking of 10

nights over this holiday.

Out of season rates are negotiable, with a minimum booking of 3 nights.

The breakage deposit is a refundable R1000.

A 50 percent deposit is required to secure your booking, the balance is payable

in full on arrival.
