Literally a 300m stroll to the sand and surf of the Indian Ocean, this log

home enjoys good sea views from its elevated position, from almost every

room in the house.

The area offers not only great beaches with lifeguards, but also several

professional golf courses, nature reserves, renowned fishing spots, and for

those who love to shop, 2 malls with chain stores, restaurants and cinema

houses.

This large home easily sleeps 12 persons and has the added bonus of a swimming

pool off the deck, in the established gardens, should the beach be just too

much effort in the balmy weather.

Living rooms comprise open plan lounge, dining room, kitchen and separate

scullery room.

Off the living rooms is a large Canadian deck, complete with "Al Fresco" 

family sized dining table. Undercover, it is an all weather extra outdoor room.

The kitchen is well appointed and fully equipped.

On the living room level there is a double bedroom and separate bathroom.

Upstairs, there are an additional three bedrooms.

The main bedroom has an en suite bathroom. The second and third

bedroom share the third bathroom.

Back on the living room level is the spacious fifth bedroom. This is in fact part of 

the main home, but has access to both the garden and outside. Making it an

ideal solution for late night teenagers, or the extended family.

Large enough to comfortably accommodate both a double bed and set of 

bunk beds.

This bedroom has an en suite bathroom facility.

This home is an owner controlled rental, and is well maintained.

During your stay the gardens are maintained by a live in gardener.

A maid's service is available for an additional R100 per day. This includes a

daily clean, plus laundry facility.

The home is available from 12 December 2008 until 10 January 2009.

The daily rate is R2500, with a minimum booking of 10 days.

A 50% deposit secures your booking.

The balance is payable in full on arrival.

A key deposit of R500 is charged, as it is inclusive of remote controls of

the automated driveway gate.
