brief for the design of this double storey home, was to maximize
the absolutely
stunning
views of the Indian Ocean.
Contemporary
and modern in its design, the entire home has been modeled to
literally
allow indoor and outdoor to seamlessly bond, with the views from
almost
every
room in the home drawing the eye out.
Situated
in the up-market residential suburb of Margate, and nestling in
well
manicured
sub-tropical gardens, a paved driveway sweeps up to the double
garages
and
carport.
Alongside
the garages, an enclosed garden courtyard allows access to the
large
glass
swivel front door at the entrance hall.
Open
plan off the entrance hall are the reception rooms of the home.
