is conveniently situated alongside the Hartbeespoort Dam. Hartbeespoort
Dam is only

a 45 minute drive from Johannesburg and Pretoria and is surrounded by
the beautiful
Magaliesberg
mountain range. The Hartbeespoort Dam offers an array of water sports, a
local bird
sanctuary
and challenging hikes.

Pecanwood Golf Estate is located 17.1km from Lanseria International
Airport.

luxurious home boasts a footprint of 3 bedrooms (6 sleeper), 2
bathrooms, open plan double volume lounge, dinning room and a well
appointed fitted kitchen. Over 200sqm in building size.

is a boat club, club house and communal swimming pool within the
complex.

main bedroom has an en suite facility and is furnished with a
queen-size sleigh bed. The second bedroom is furnished with a double
bed, whilst the third bedroom has 2 x single beds.

kitchen is fully equipped including stove, oven, dishwasher, washing
machine, tumble drier, fridge and microwave. The scullery is separate
from the kitchen.

living room offers a relaxing ambience, with ample spacious seating (5

50% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance being
payable in full on arrival.
Cancellation
0 - 30 days before date of arrival, or no-show, guests forfeit 100% of
deposit paid.
