drive
away. Both
the units sleeps 4-6 persons. The
upper unit comprises 2 bedrooms with walk in cupboard and
en suite bathroom. The
en suite bathroom has a corner bath, whilst the second
bathroom has a shower. The
lounge, dining room and fitted kitchen is open plan,
leading out onto a covered
verandah. The
downstairs unit comprises 2 bedrooms and bathroom plus
guest toilet. The
open plan lounge, dining room and fitted kitchen lead
out onto a covered patio. In
the garden under a canopy of trees is an outdoor picnic
table and chairs. DSTV
decoders are supplied, bring your own smart card. All
linen is provided. As
an added bonus, there is secure
undercover parking.
Rates
as follows:-
Out
of Season R375 per night per unit
December/
January Holidays R975 per night per unit
All
other holidays R575 per night per unit,
Kindly
note there is a breakage fee of R500 per booking per
unit. This breakage fee will
be
refunded (less any damages) within 10 days after
departure.
Minimum
stay out of season is 3 nights. (R200 admin fee will be
charged
if
stay is less than 5 nights.)
Minimum
stay in season is 5 nights.
To
secure a booking: a 35% deposit will have to be effected
within a week of booking.
The
balance is payable 10 days before occupation.
