SELF CATERING ACCOMMODATION

Margate is one of South Africa's premier holiday destinations.
The main beach boasts Blue Flag status with shark
nets and life guards all year round, not to mention the abundant
bird life and beautiful scenery. Lazy
Living holiday accommodation is family orientated to ensure
an unforgettable holiday experience. We
are situated approximately 5 min from the Main Beach and within
walking distance to all amenities. Each
of the five self catering units is immaculate and fully equipped
with TV's, fridges, microwaves, toaster, kitchen utensils
including pots, cutlery and crockery. Clean
bed linen is rotated weekly. Bath towels and dish towels
are also supplied BUT pool and beach towels are not. One
of the units accommodates six people and four units can accommodate
four people. Should a block booking be required a total
of 22 can be accommodated. Conference facilities for block
bookings can also be arranged. Vehicles
are parked in safe and secure parking spaces. The
entertainment area includes a sparkling swimming pool, dart
board, table tennis, big screen TV, pool table as well as indoor
and outdoor braai facilities. As
can be seen on the photo spread Lazy Living is a top class
self catering accommodation complex with-in easy reach
of Margate's Golden Mile. Out
of season discount prices for pensioners, students, back packers
and block bookings are available on request. A
50% deposit is required within 5 days after a booking has been
made to secure your reservation. The remaining balance
is required in cash, on arrival. Kindly
note that all deposits are non-refundable due to cancellations. In
addition to the daily tariffs a R30 non-refundable admin fee is
charged. A refundable key deposit of R300 will be reimbursed
after an inventory check, on departure. Unfortunately
no pets are allowed. Superb
accommodation at very reasonable rates ranging from
R350 per unit per day.
