This holiday home plus fully self contained cottage and the 2 apartments

can be booked for the extended family, or, as separate units. 

The property is situated on the absolute beachfront. Literally walk

across the lawn onto the powdery sands through the garden gate.

The property is well positioned to afford solitude, or, if you feel the need,

close to all amenities. This includes two of the largest shopping complexes

on the South Coast. Between them they house chain stores, a variety of

restaurants and six cinema houses. Also, numerous professional golf

courses are a short drive away. As is the Wild Coast Sun Casino.

The main house comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 showers and 2 toilets. Living rooms

of lounge and kitchen are open plan. An exceptionally nice feature of

this home is the large covered all weather verandah with built in braai.

Being a 10 sleeper there is ample room. Preferably 6 adults and 4 children.

Just newly complete are the 2 top floor apartments. These boast fabulous

breaker views on the other side of the garden gate.

Being mirror images the apartments comprise open plan lounge, dining room

and fitted kitchen. Off the lounge is an all weather covered verandah, complete

with built in gas braai.

Sleeping quarters comprise 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the main being

an en suite facility.

The main house, garden cottage plus apartments come fully furnished with

fully equipped kitchens, including cutlery and crockery.

Bedding and linen are provided, but bring your own towels.

TV is provided, as well as access to the DSTV dish. All you will

need to bring is your own decoder and smart card to activate.

The property is fully fenced and a comprehensive alarm system with armed

response is in place.
