San Guiliana complex is approx 100km from Durban International Airport
and
10km from Margate Airport.
San
Guiliana is an exclusive complex in the up-market suburb of Shelly
Beach, the
Lower
South Coast, KwaZulu natal.
The
region is renowned for its year round sub-tropical climate, powdery
sands,
fabulous
surf and both fishing and diving locations.
In
addition, there are several professional golf courses strung out along
the length
of
the pristine coastline.
San
Guiliana is literally a short stroll from both the powdery sands and the
hub
of
the South Coast, the Shelly Centre.
So,
the option for complete R&R on the sand, or alternatively, the mall
complete
with
chain stores, several restaurants and six cinema houses is dictated by
your
mood
that day.
The
complex is secure with remote gated access, plus, a double lock up
garage for
complete
peace of mind.
Visitor
parking is also available.
A
communal pool is located in the grounds of the complex.
The
spacious unit offers a footprint of open plan lounge, dining room and
well
appointed
fitted kitchen.
Off
the living rooms and two of the three bedrooms is a deep all weather
covered
balcony.
The balcony has been comfortably furnished and a weber braai (BBQ)
has
been provided.
We
respectfully request that guest refrain from smoking inside the unit,
but use the
balcony
for this purpose.
Sleeping
quarters comprise 3 double bedrooms, two of which lead out onto the
covered
balcony.
The
main bedroom boasts an en suite bathroom with shower, basin and toilet.
The
second full bathroom has bath, shower, basin and toilet.
The
third bedroom has been fitted with two sets of bunk beds.
The
kitchen is fully equipped for 8 persons including cutlery, crockery,
pots & pans,
fridge,
under counter oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and washing
machine.
Towels
and linen is provided, kindly bring your own beach towels.
Kindly
bring your own smart card for DSTV.
Servicing
of the unit is by request at an additional R80 per day, excluding
Sunday.
Unfortunately,
due to strict complex rules pets are not allowed.
