In total, twenty seven 2010 FIFA World Cup^TM matches will be played at the four venues in the table below,

including the opening ceremony, group matches, round of 16, quarter finals and the actual final.

The location of the cluster home offers easy access to the national highway (N1), merely 1,8km/1mi

from the on-ramp. The N1 has direct access to O.R. Tambo International Airport, Soccer City World

Cup Stadium, Ellis Park World Cup Stadium and Loftus Versveld World Cup Stadium.

Facilities of accommodation:

• The luxurious and secure cluster home boasts a footprint of 4 bedrooms (8 sleeper), 2 bathrooms, open plan lounge, dining room and well appointed fitted kitchen.

• Secure parking is provided.

• There is a communal swimming pool within the complex.

• The main bedroom has an en suite facility and is furnished with a queen-size sleigh bed. The second bedroom is furnished with 2 x single beds, the third bedroom also has 2 x single beds, whilst the fourth bedroom located upstairs has 2 x single beds. Each of the bedrooms offer ample wardrobe space.

• Linen and towels will be provided.

• The kitchen is fully equipped including stove, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, fridge and microwave.

• The living room offers a relaxing ambience, with ample spacious seating (5 seater L-shaped leather couch and a 3 seater couch). View all 2010 FIFA World Cup^TM matches on a 40 inch full high definition LCD TV, linked to digital satellite, for your viewing pleasure.

• Enjoy meals around the 8 seater oak dining room table, or alternatively, dine "Al Fresco" on the patio overlooking beautiful gardens, or upstairs out on the large open air 36sqm deck overlooking the surrounding landscape.

Payment terms:

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance being payable

in full on arrival.

Cancellation 0 - 30 days before date of arrival, or no-show, guests forfeit 100% of deposit paid.

Cancellation 31 + days before date of arrival, guests forfeits 50% of deposit paid.
